All orders are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest tracking your item as soon as you receive your shipping notification. If your package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the order to be re-sent. We do not offer refunds for orders that have been returned to sender; we can offer a store credit, less the original shipping fee.
Taxes and Duties:
U.S customers: Due to recent changes to U.S import tariffs, duties will be calculated at checkout. U.S duties must be paid before your order can be sent from Australia.
All other international customers: Taxes and duty fees are the customer's responsibility and should be paid upon delivery of your package. If any customer refuses to pay the required fees, resulting in the return of your package to us, an $80 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. This fee covers the return shipping and admin costs.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. For international orders, please note that once your package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your national postal service. Delivery estimates listed below should be used as a general guide only, and some packages may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.
