All orders are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest tracking your item as soon as you receive your shipping notification. If your package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the order to be re-sent. We do not offer refunds for orders that have been returned to sender.
Taxes and Duties:
US customers: Due to recent changes to US import tariffs, duties will now be included in the shipping price.
All other international customers: Taxes and duty fees are the customer's responsibility and should be paid upon delivery of your package. If any customer refuses to pay the required fees, resulting in the return of your package to us, an $80 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. This fee covers the return shipping and admin costs.
